returning your device

We understand you sometimes need to send something back, either it's not working or you're just not satisfied. We make it as simple as possible for you to return your device to us and get a full refund.

Please first read the terms and conditions of sale to see if you are eligible for a refund.

  1. Every dispatch has a returns label enclosed within it.
  2. Complete the Reason for Return form next to the label.
  3. Repack the item securely, in its original packaging with the Reason for Return form.
  4. Affix the self-adhesive Returns Label, printed on the front of the form and take the item to your local Post Office.

Please keep your proof-of-posting in case your product is lost in transit. We need to see the proof so we can issue a refund or replacement.
